Reappearance?!

I was going to just jump straight back in again, but then I realised just how long it’s actually been and realised it was probably best to address it, so…

Hi, I’m here, I haven’t dropped off the face of the earth!

I wish I had a proper excuse for not writing before, but honestly it’s just been a combination of working long hours and feeling like I’ve had nothing good to write about. I’ve been completely stuck in a reading rut for the last few months, my creative stuff is utter pants and well, politics has just been making me sad; and with my three favourite topics out of action there hasn’t really been a whole lot to say.

I’m not going to promise regular posting, but I’m back with a few ideas and I will be trying a hell of a lot harder. As one of my best friends and the wonderful woman I have the pleasure of sitting next to for 7 hours a day, 5 days a week keeps telling me – I’m paying for this domain, so I’d better get writing!
